I did not want to forget about these memories!

I vividly remember wearing my mom's shoes around the house, it was impossible because they were so big. I never thought I would have feet big enough to fit in them. In essence, I don't, my mom is the most wonderful person in the world and I could never "fill her shoes". I love you mom. I hope I can be half the wonderful mother/friend you have been.

Back to the grind

Well...I have almost been back at work for 3 weeks. Leaving Layla is getting a little easier everyday. She loves going to grandma's house...she likes to go through my mom's jewelry and wear it! Big necklaces, bracelets! It is hilarious. I wish she would leave one tiny bow in her hair, but she doesn't mind a huge necklace.

Her laugh is so funny right now! She sounds like a goof. It is really low and fake sounding. Whenever people hear her laugh, they crack up because it is so "unusual". She is running all over the place...mainly trying to catch Buster and Oliver. Her favorite word is Ollie...which she repeats over and over again. It is the first thing she says when she wakes up. She is trying to feed him paper in this picture, and he is so dumb he is trying to eat it. She was cracking up...

I have been thinking...when I look at her, I see myself. I think she is my little twin. But, when I look at baby pictures of Jayson and myself I must admit she is a perfect mixture of us both. We are a little bit older than her in these pictures, but I cannot decide who she looks like. You decide.
