Easter

I have always loved Easter... I remember being small, so excited to wear my pretty new dress. But, I was never excited about the tights with the dress...too itchy! I hope Layla will feel the same way, Because she will always be in a fluffy dress on Easter.
We had such a great day with the family...we went to church with my sister and parents. Landon and Layla were being loud children, so I spent most of the time outside with them trying to find flowers. Jayson and I went to the park and played in the sun, since it was the first time it had been out for weeks! Dinner at my mom's as usual...Lamb, yummy :)
Layla cut her first tooth last week. She had been super grumpy, I just thought she was tired. She never lets me look in her mouth and I had not felt the little lumps in a few days, but she let Jayson know! I was gone tutoring and she grabbed his finger put it in her mouth and bit down...It was like she was showing off for him. He thought I forgot to tell him about her first tooth...yeah right! I had no idea :)
The first tooth is bittersweet...I feel like it makes her a toddler and she is looking more like a kid than a baby everyday. I am excited to see her grow up, but I will really miss the "baby" stage, it has been the best experience ever.
